Tipsy Point Projects is co-founded between two Taiwanese dance artists Ching-I Chang and Kuan-Yu Chen in 2010. It is a USA-based collaborative company. Their choreography has been presented at various dance festivals in the USA such as Dumbo Dance Festival (New York/2010), Cool New York Dance Festival (New York/2011), Insight Dance (New York/2011), InHale Performance Series (Philadelphia/2012), and DinoMato at Sugar Space (Salt Lake City/2014).
